Subject: Electronic transfer of funds as a payment method
Effective October 1, 2009, the cost associated with electronic transfer of funds will be paid by the contractor or supplier who requests such transfer and will be deducted from the amount due. Please refer to contract clause 4.28.18 Form of Payment.
